CHIANTI

DENOMINAZIONE DI ORIGINE CONTROLLATA E GARANTITA

It is not easy to write a short description regarding Chianti, as it is one of the most popular red wines, appreciated all over around the world. Our mission is to offer you the top expression of this Tuscany’ business card. The color is a fresh and intense ruby red, with dark violet tinges. The smell is an expression of fruits and flowers, an intense varietal of brushwood fruits and violets. The taste is fresh but strong in personality, enveloping, tasty, and with a perfect tannin, imposing but smooth and velvet at the same time. The flavor is still young, warm and complex, dry and with a long after taste. The best pairings are the typical Tuscany’s course: vegetable soups, pasta with ragù sauce, grilled mix and T-bone steak. This is a wine with a capacity of extended aging, at least 10-15 years. Please, use a decanter and leave oxygenate for two-three hours. Cellar temperature is correct: 15-18°C

LAMBRUSCO EMILIA AMABILE

INDICAZIONE GEOGRAFICA TIPICA

The most typical of the Lambrusco wines.  Made from Lambrusco Sorbara DOC and Lambrusco Salamino grapes from the best area of production, beetwen Modena and Reggio Emilia, land of motorcycles, but also of precious wines. Vinificated at a low temperature to preserve the aromas and the bloom; the formation of the spuma comes following the antique Charmat Lungo, with a sour lies that noble the structure and the flavor. When we take out the cork and pour this wine, suddenly approach the happiness of a spuma dens and compact, persistent and brilliant.  The color is intense and warm. What leaves astonished is the deep and fresh perfume of violet, red fruit and blackberries that abandon an aroma of just pressed must. Once in the mouth, the flavor is vivid and sweet, strong but at the same time supple and soft.  All the happiness and the freshness of this wine go perfectly together with the best dishes of Emilia:  Lasagne and Parmigiano Reggiano,  Prosciutto with melon, but also with the classical BBQ in the garden.  It goes perfectly also with petit four and apple pies. To serve fresh between 8 and 12°C.

MATÂNA ROSSO TERRE DI CHIETI

A wine with delicious notes of fruit and vegetable derived primarily from Cabernet grapes cultivated in Abruzzo. Clear, ruby red color. Intense bouquet that harmoniously develops in the mouth, with a final fruity taste, that prove itself excellent. It goes well with sausage, pasta and dishes prepared with vegetables. It is a really charming wine, which can be combined with different dishes, but can be drunk also between meals, as an aperitive or, as we call it, a wine suitable for conversations. To be served at 16° C, but turns out to be excellent also when served fresh, at 12°C.

MONTEPULCIANO D’ABRUZZO COLLEZIONE PRIVATA

A traditional and autochthon grapevine from Abruzzo, that expresses its maximal potential when it grows around these hills. The sweet knolls, that from the huge mountains of the Central Appennino slide toward the Adriatic Sea, permit the ideal sun exposition, a stable breath and the best temperature range to the vineyards. This is what provides to the Montepulciano d’Abruzzo its typical smell of red fruits, the sharp winey and majestic elegance. The structure is strong and important, with a strong presence of noble tannin. The strong body adds to the bouquet in an harmonic way, creating an important, nut at the same time versatile and eclectic. The senses of plums and blackberries make a perfect fusion with lamb dishes. The tannin creates also a perfect relationship with more salty dishes, like wildlife and seasoned cheeses. Its potential for ageing varies from 2 to 6 years, and it will give the wine an elegant touch. The color, that from the beginning will be deep and brilliant, with an important touch of ruby red and violet will change in a warmer color, without losing that brilliant redness that is the identity card of this pearl of the Italian enology. Serving temperature: 16-18° C.

MONTEPULCIANO D’ABRUZZO RISERVA

Our Riserva is created from a selection of the best grapes, ripened on the rolling hills of the province of Chieti, collected and processed by hand and produced with perfect care. Our Montepulciano d'Abruzzo Riserva shows a full and strong body, enriched by the deep ruby red ​​color shaded with violet nuances. Strong senses of plums, characterized also by hints of black cherries, violets and the spicy flavor that is very typical of this product. In the mouth is full and persistent, with a more noticeable presence of tannin and acidity that runs through the body by supporting the significant overall structure of the wine. Its potential for ageing varies from 3 to 10 years. Serve in large glasses at a temperature around 18° C. Can be combined with mouth-watering dishes in red sauce, with roasted red meats and seasoned cheeses. Serving temperature: 18-20°

SANGIOVESE TERRE DI CHIETI

Sangiovese is, for sure, the backbone among the best red Italian wines. We offer this product with honed credentials such as its brilliant color and its tasty body. Made of an accurate selection, that starts from the grapevine and continues its course till the best batch become our best Sangiovese Ducato Wines. The color is brilliant, with some carmine red tints. A net and intense nose, with the famous scents of violet, plums and red fruits. Tasty and dry flavor, with a minerality and a temperate and wrapping wine touch. The best mixtures are those with roasted meat, grilled and gratin vegetables, Bolognese sauce pasta, tortellini and all the glorious Italian dishes. A snack with Sangiovese, Prosciutto and Parmigiano, together with Tuscany bread, will make you jump immediately in the amazing rural atmosphere of our Italian hills. To be served at 16-18° C.
